EASY STEPS TO BUILD YOUR MASTERTON HOME 
     

 

FREE SITE INSPECTION

 
 

If you are intending to purchase a block of land, our sales consultants can arrange for a site inspection to confirm your chosen
"Masterton Home" fits on that block and that it is an economical
block on which to build.

 

 

OR

 

 

A site inspection of your existing block of land will also determine
a cost for construction.
"A site inspection is cost and obligation FREE". 

 
     
 

TENDER

 
 

A written tender will be prepared for your consideration.
Your tender will be firm for a period of
90 days.
A deposit of $4,000 will get you started even if your land is not fully owned.
This allows for the preparation of your plans and specifications.

 
 

Note: These costs and projected times do not apply to Duplexes and Dual Occupancy. For more details talk to our Dual Occupancy Sales Consultants.

 
     
 

COUNCIL APPROVAL

 
 

Plans and specifications will be submitted to Council and Sydney Water, on your behalf and approval obtained.

 
     
 

LOAN APPROVAL

 
 

Council approved documents along with your tender will be provided for you to organise a letter of commencement from your chosen finance source. Alternatively, Masterton Homes can arrange acceptable finance for the construction of your new home.

 
 

PRESTIGE MORTGAGE FINANCE  ON SITE 7 DAYS A WEEK AT
THE 'MASTERTON DISPLAY VILLAGE' TO APPROVE LOANS TO QUALIFIED
APPLICANTS WITH VERY ATTRACTIVE FINANCE PACKAGES.

 
     
 

BUILDING AGREEMENT

 
 

While you are selecting your colour and internal fittings from the Masterton Home Improvement Solutions Centre, we will prepare and arrange for you to sign your Building Agreement which you can take to your Lending Authority. A fixed price contract will be signed,
ie no rise or fall clause.
