Masterton Homes began from humble beginnings in 1962 after its founder Jim Masterton recognised the unique advantages in home building as he preassembled frames and trusses on the front lawn of his modest house in Liverpool. Like all businesses Masterton Homes began in a small way but has grown to become one of the largest residential home builders in Australia. Masterton Homes is one of the few companies to have built over 45,000 homes over the past 47 years, making them the envy of most other Sydney home builders. Masterton Homes has won over 200 Housing Industry Association Awards as well as Master Builders Association Awards, making Masterton Homes the obvious Sydney Home Builder of choice. Jim is working actively in the business and still loves being involved in the day to day running of the company. Particularly in the design area, giving every new home his influence.
