Masterton Constructions is structured for the efficient delivery of larger construction projects within a range of sectors including residential, senior living, child care and tourism. We are committed to delivering exceptional value for money to our customer's ensuring that their projects are built efficiently and to a superior quality of construction.
We cater for both the medium size developer who needs timely and professional service to assist them through critical stages of the development, to large development corporations who simply require a reliable and professional builder. The size of developments can range from small childcare centres and townhouse projects to large, 100 units plus, multi-stages townhouse and apartment projects.
These projects are delivered under various procurement methods including design and construct contracts from DA approved plans and competitively tendered lump sum construction contracts.
We work closely with the customer providing specialist construction and project management skills. We offer a range of essential pre-construction value adding services such as budget construction estimates, design review, buildability, value management, interior design and pre-construction management services.
The construction of each project is efficiently managed with an appointed Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Site Manager. Fortnightly or monthly progress reports that monitor the construction and financial progress of the project are provided to our customers at Project Control Group Meetings.
