To further assist the Retirement Village Sector, Masterton Constructions in consultation with members of the retirement village industry and access consultants have developed the Senior Living Home. This concept, which was developed specifically for retirement living, was initiated to provide well designed, flexible and affordable housing to the retirement village sector.
The Senior Living Home is designed to comply with the provisions within the NSW Government State Environmental Planning Policy (HSPD) 2004 and can be modified with a minimum of structural alteration to meet the essential and desirable requirements of AS 4299 Adaptable Housing and AS 1428.1 Design for Access and Mobility.
